I have used info gram to create a short promotional video proposal, and the link to this can be found below. I liked using info gram as it was quite easy and simple to use, and the layout is very clear. I also have a variety of templates to chose from!

    This is less developed and original than the other ideas, but a conventional love story with a strong performance can still make a good music video. VC
